The contractor has finished pouring the north abutment footing with the stem scheduled to be poured today. The balance of the east retaining wall/stage 2 of the south abutment has begun to be constructed. The support of excavation has been installed with the installation of the remaining H piles to follow. The restoration of the old railroad shoofly area south of Washington Street is almost complete. The new temporary access road for the CN railroad coming from the cul-de-sac has been completed. This road will be used by the CN Railroad to access the tracks south of Washington Street. The precast pump station house has virtually been completed with its commissioning to be held at the end of the project.
